Cubism is a world well-known art style established by Pablo Picasso… This style inspired architects in Prague and they decorated the city with several amazing cubist buildings. Prague is the only city in the world where cubist architecture could be found! Cubism was further developed with Rondo cubism – a beautiful national architecture of the st Czechoslovak Republic (early 20th century).
Cubist architecture can be admired in the Old Town, Lesser Town, New Town and around Vysehrad Castle.
You´ll also learn about interesting facts and conspiracies from the time of 1st Czechoslovakia.
